TRAINER ASSESSOR IN BUSINESS & MANAGEMENT
Salary: £25,485 - £27,180 per annum (Scale SO1)
Working Hours: 37 hours per week – all year round, permanent
Location: Bridgwater Campus

- To deliver and develop the cross-college Internal Quality Assurance programme which supports staff within the organisation to become qualified Internal Quality Assurers
- Do you have leadership and management experience and/or qualifications?
- Are you looking to move into an assessing role or extend your assessing experience in an incredibly dynamic, exciting and challenging environment?
The successful candidate will work within our flourishing Business and Management team, and will be responsible for supporting learners towards timely completion across our Level 3 Team Leader and Level 5 Departmental / Operations Manager apprenticeship standards working with many major national organisations as well as local employers and work internally within the organisation, to support staff to attain their IQA awards.
You will hold Leadership and Management qualifications, have training experience and be able to demonstrate experience of working within quality systems and procedures. You will be proactive and enthusiastic, whilst being empathetic to the needs of work based learners. Ultimately you will be motivated and committed to supporting learners to maximise their potential within a thriving working environment.
