Job overview

We currently have a full time position for someone to organise the school’s coach and minibus service including transport for various school outings and PE fixtures etc., liaising with our team of minibus drivers and external coach companies.  

In order to be successful in this role, you should have organisation skills backed up with good database experience/skills and the ability to work well with parents, students and staff. Previous experience of working in a school would be helpful but not essential. 

Hours of work - Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 4.30pm. We can consider candidates who could either work on an all year around contract or who can work on a term time plus contract, to work for 40 weeks per academic year to include all of the School term time. The salary paid will range between £22,950 pa and £26,150 pa, depending on the agreed work pattern.
