Trust Inclusion Leader

This is a wonderful opportunity for an opportunity for a committed and talented leader with responsibility for Inclusion across our Trust. The successful candidate will join our Trust Education Team who work across the schools to support and develop teachers using their skills, knowledge and specialism. 

The role will involve:

- Creating a shared vision for the development of inclusive practices across our schools.

- Working collaboratively with our inclusion teams to share best practice, develop skills and knowledge in relation to inclusion. 

- Supporting teachers with their teaching and learning practices to support children with additional needs. 

Interested candidates will have:

- Extensive experience of working closely with a range of professionals to ensure children and families have access to the support they need.

- Developed, and implemented, proven systems, procedures and policies that enable early identification and secure the very best for provision for children.

- A strong passion and sense of equity to achieve excellence for some of the most vulnerable families and children.
