ABC Teachers are urgently recruiting for university graduates for the role of a cover supervisor. Looking to build up school experience to put towards further education or for flexible work that fits around you? This role is as flexible as you wish; part time and full-time options, immediate starts available.
How do I qualify to work as a cover supervisor?
You must have experience of working with and managing big groups of children/young people. This experience would ideally be in a school setting and will have been for 25 days or more.
The above experience can include the following roles:
- Camp America/ Summer camps
- Sports/ Football Coaching
- Dance Teacher / Dance instructor
- Gymnastics coaching and many more
- Voluntary work/experience in schools
What is expected?
As a cover supervisor, you will be expected to pick up lesson plans and deliver pre-set work to a class of children ranging from year 7 to year 11 classes across all subjects. As long as you are a confident and reliable person, ABC Teachers are looking for you to work in schools across a range of Staffordshire and Shropshire locations. Where you work will be entirely up to you, as we focus on what you want and when you want to work. You will be supported in your new role and will be given every opportunity to work as frequently as you want.
