The Chesterfield College Group are looking to recruit Variable Hours Invigilators to work in Chesterfield, Sheffield, Derby and Nottingham to support with Examination operations. As part of your application form please indicate the geographical areas you wish to be considered for.

We require hourly paid Invigilators to carry out invigilation within a workplace settings and also within College Centres. The role requires you to provide a professional examination service ensuring a calm environment to give candidates the best possible opportunity to be successful in their exams.

The invigilator will be required to support both paper based and online examination processes and must be able to travel to a variety of locations.  You must follow the required guidelines/regulations for the integrity and security of examinations and procedures during invigilation. To succeed in this role you will need experience of a customer facing role, ideally from an examination environment.  You will need strong communication and customer service skills, an ability to sometimes deal with difficult situations and be able to work under pressure.  You must have initiative, strong attention to detail and first class administrative skills.

The successful candidates will have achieved GCSE Maths and English Grade A*-C / 9-4.
