• hold current registration with the Queensland College of Teachers; and
• be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment.
  
  

We are seeking a number of remarkable and enthusiastic primary teachers who would like to be part of our Sacred Heart Primary School community which is alive with the Mercy charism inspired by Catherine McAuley and the traditions and culture of our 125 year history. Sacred Heart Primary School is grounded in the Catholic traditions and values of the Sisters of Mercy and we are looking for dedicated and talented teachers who will be part of this collaborative culture which strives to nurture, support and challenge our students’ development. We seek applications to fill a maternity leave position, a number of classroom teacher positions as well as the PLL & Resource Centre (TL) teacher positions.

Employment Tenure:   Full Time & Part Time positions available + Fixed Term and Continuing positions available

Tenure Duration (if "Fixed Term"):  12 months

This position involves working with children.  The appointment of successful applicants will be subject to satisfactory employment screening for child related employment in accordance with the law.
