We have an exciting opportunity for an outstanding and inspirational professional to join our ambitious and committed Senior Management Team. The Vice Principal is a vital leadership role, deputising for the Headmistress, and contributing to strategic planning and policy matters across the whole School. As Safeguarding Lead, the post holder will ensure that safeguarding is embedded into the culture of the School and at the heart of everything we do and will have oversight of our pastoral provision and the day to day running of the School.
An experienced senior manager, the successful candidate will have the vision and drive to lead further development of our outstanding pastoral care and promote pupil access to all aspects of a St Margaret’s education. Outstanding communication skills and a flair for engaging with the whole School community from pupils and parents to staff and visitors are essential, as is an interest in and understanding of the current educational landscape.
