The Milton Keynes Academy is a large 11-18 secondary school with an ethos based on raising aspirations and achievement. We are now seeking to appoint an outstanding Vice Principal who has experience of senior leadership and can bring dynamism and drive to our varied and experienced team. Areas of responsibility are likely to include Teaching & Learning and Performance Management. The person appointed needs to be determined to drive up standards, able to strategically lead and make a significant and sustained impact at whole school level. In return, they will work in an innovative and enterprising Academy.
This is a high profile SLT role within the organisation and previous experience of effective senior leadership with demonstrable impact and success is an essential pre-requisite. It is an exciting opportunity to make a significant difference to the life chances of our pupils.

The Milton Keynes Academy is a co-educational, non-selective secondary school for students aged 11-18. We are a member of the Creative Education Trust, a charity and multi-academy trust with a network of non-selective primary and secondary state schools.
