The Milton Keynes Academy is a larger than average secondary school in central Milton Keynes. Due to the retirement of the current post holder, we are seeking to appoint an inspirational Vice Principal. The successful candidate will have the tenacity, enthusiasm and commitment to help lead on raising standards and securing the best outcomes for our students. You will be an exceptional individual with the ability to lead on areas such as SEND, Pupil Premium and Behaviour. You will also be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the latest Ofsted framework.
Driven by a passion for student and organisational success, you will have a proven track record in senior leadership and demonstrate the ability to inspire and motivate staff and students to perform at the highest possible levels. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will also be centrally involved in the overall leadership and management of the organisation and will help to establish a culture that is both nurturing and rigorous.

The Milton Keynes Academy is a co-educational, non-selective secondary school for students aged 11-18. We are a member of the Creative Education Trust, a charity and multi-academy trust with a network of non-selective primary and secondary state schools.
