Job overview

We require a dynamic and highly motivated Visiting Teacher to work with the ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) teams in our Wandsworth Campus and/or Tooting Centre. You should have appropriate knowledge and experience and either a teaching qualification or a willingness to obtain one within an agreed time. 


The role involves providing Additional Learning Support in the form of literacy/language support to adult ESOL learners.


Ideally, the candidate will have:


• a proven track record of consistently good/outstanding teaching

• ability to create and deliver lessons that demonstrate progress of all learners

• an excellent level of organisation and communication skills to ensure learners achieve their qualifications

• availability to work at least one evening per week.
