Headington is a vibrant and welcoming school set in 23 acres on the outskirts of Oxford. Headington has an exciting Music Department with a dedicated team of specialist Instrumental Tutors housed in a superb Music School.
The Music department is housed in a purpose-built Music School, with excellent practice and teaching facilities, performance and rehearsal spaces, and a recording studio. We offer a full academic programme (including GCSE, A Level and Music Technology) and teach over 300 instrumental lessons a week, supported by a full-time Administrator. We facilitate a busy concert programme throughout the year and aim to provide performance opportunities for all musicians, regardless of their experience. Pupils are committed, high-achieving and polite.
