Whole School Receptionist

Do you want to be the friendly face of Wellingborough School?
Wellingborough School are seeking a friendly and welcoming Receptionist to join the reception team, which supports the whole school. You will be the first point of contact for the school by; telephone, email or face to face, and it is really important that everyone you come in to contact with feels welcomed in a friendly and professional manner.
The role requires you to be very organised and versatile and enjoy working in a busy environment. You will also be required to carry out specific administration tasks and will be responsible for following up pupil absences that the School has not been notified of.
Good IT skills are required, in particular Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel and bespoke School MIS (for which training will be provided)
Salary: £13,961.05 per annum (FTE £19,150)
Hours: This is part time, term time plus 3 additional weeks, 32.5 hours per week.
Term Time weeks:
Monday, 8.15am to 5.00pm (60 mins unpaid lunch hour)
Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 8.15am to 2.00pm
Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm (60 mins unpaid lunch hour)
Out of Term Time weeks:
Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm (30 mins unpaid lunch break)
