Job overview

The Prospect Trust is a leading Multi-Academy Trust in the South of England, with an aim of providing outstanding education for all learners within a family of local academies. There are currently three academies within the Trust: The Sixth Form College Farnborough, Tomlinscote School and Frimley Church of England Junior School.

The Trust has already created a number of centralised functions to support the delivery of outstanding education, including HR, Finance & payroll, Estates & facilities and Careers guidance. This is an exciting time for a Work Experience Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will work in collaboration with the Careers team to ensure effective work experience across The Prospect Trust academies. They will help to develop and build links with businesses across the area in order to offer relevant, high quality placements for the students.

To be effective within the role you will need to have experience of advising and supporting young people, as well as developing effective relationships with external organisations. The successful candidate should be able to manage and lead a professional team to achieve objectives, and be able to coordinate multiple tasks at once.

Interviews: TBC

Contract/Hours: Permanent, 37 hours per week.

Working Pattern: Term-time only, Monday-Friday with flexible working considered.
