We are looking for someone who has an excellent understanding (or has the potential to have) of what constitutes outstanding teaching. Experience is not essential; all applications are taken on merit. Excellent support is given to all teachers including NQTs. Career progression is taken very seriously at Grange.   Grange is a 4 four form entry school, a two minute walk from South Ealing tube station. We have lovely modern buildings and a truly multi- cultural school. The parents are supportive and teachers plan and work collaboratively.
