The successful applicant will:

  • have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education;
  • hold current registration with the Queensland College of Teachers; and
  • be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment.

We are seeking a Year 2 teacher as a replacement for a staff member who will be going on leave. The applicant should be someone who is committed to providing a valuable contribution to our school. The successful candidate will have experience teaching in an early or middle years setting and have the enthusiasm for challenging this age group with quality learning and teaching. The candidate will have proven organisational, behavioural and communication skills and the ability to connect with a dynamic staff who love coming to work each day.

Sacred Heart School, Booval caters for primary students and has a  current enrolment of 551 students.
