ABC Teachers are working closely with a rapidly improving school in the Bordesley Green area, to recruit a full time Year 3 teacher. The position will be full time from September 2019 and will run on a temporary basis for the full academic year; both newly qualified and experienced teachers will be equally considered.
The successful candidate must:
• Hold valid QTS
• Allow pupils to use their skills effectively
• Be able to plan lessons to challenge pupils of varying levels of ability
• Actively contribute towards best practise
• Demonstrate a positive impact on pupil development
• Have excellent interpersonal and team player skills
• Be a reliable, honest and approachable individual

What to do next:
To be considered for this position you will be required to attend a face to face registration and hold an enhanced DBS check in ‘Child Workforce’ which must be registered on The Update Service. At the registration we will discuss in more detail the work that you are looking for, your experience to date, and how we are going to work best for you.
We will need to gain references to cover the last 2 years, and a minimum of 2 references must be a school based. Our compliance team have a rigorous safeguarding and clearance process, and this is how we know we are working with the best possible team of staff to employ in our schools.
