A vastly improving Primary School in Hucknall, Nottingham have asked ABC Teachers to help with their recruitment in finding a KS2 class Teacher to start in September 2018.
The school are looking for someone to cover from September 2018 up and till Christmas. This position is to cover the first term of the academic year however dependent on the needs of the school this may be extended.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in working within a KS2 environment and have excellent communication techniques whilst holding the skills to differentiate work between the class. As a KS2 Teacher your main responsibilities will be within a Year 4 class. Your main duties within this role will be as class teacher which will include, Planning and preparing. Assessments will be required towards the end of the first term along with Parents evenings. You will also be required to attend staff meetings and department meetings to ensure that departments and staff are working together, effectively and efficiently.
The post in questions will be for someone who can get stuck in right away and adapt to new situations well. You will have a “Can-do “attitude whist remaining professional and enthusiastic. The school implement a positive attitude to ensure that the children have a fun learning environment. They offer a strong approachable Senior leadership team meaning the school have a great stake in their local community. They are ideally looking for someone who can fit into their determined team who will also promote the schools Ethos whilst bringing their own style of Teaching to the team.
