Values and vision

With the motto “nurture, inspire, flourish”, The Round House provides small classes of primary pupils with a focus on high-quality education. The aim is to boost children’s life chances. This is achieved through daily assessment, systems for identifying and celebrating success, a curriculum that inspires and is relevant to children, support for children regardless of background and excellent leadership with high expectations.

Ofsted report

“Across the academy, pupils achieve well, whatever their starting points. Disabled pupils and those who have special educational needs make good progress because they are well taught and given the support they need. Leaders keep a very close check on the quality of teaching and learning. Along with governors and the trust, they have been instrumental in successfully identifying and tackling weaknesses.”
