We are looking for a Year 6 Class Teacher with Phase Leadership Responsibilities

This is a superb opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Year 6 teacher who is passionate about children’s learning, committed to creativity and keen to support the Head Teacher in providing opportunities. This teacher will play a key role in the continuing development of our school, as well as, raise the profile of a phase area so that a positive impact is achieved in both results and the quality of the curriculum.

The successful candidate will need to:

• Fully qualified teacher status to undertake all Class Teacher duties

• The candidate will be an outstanding practitioner with the ability to inspire and motivate and support pupils, staff and the wider community

• Demonstrate outstanding skills in assessment of learning

• Have a commitment to promote and develop the inclusive ethos and values of the school

• Inspire and act as a positive role model for children, parents and staff

• Have the ability to raise standards and fully adhere to the professional teaching standards

• Have a high level of emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills
