The Headteacher and Governors of a Community Primary School based in Bury are looking to appoint an inspirational, enthusiastic and experienced, temporary full time Year 6 teacher to join their school.  

They are a welcoming, successful and inclusive primary school with enhanced ASC provision. 

This position is due to start in January 2019 for two full terms, until July 2018

 The Year 6 Teacher role will be based at an average-sized primary school, which has a great reputation in the local community. The behaviour and attitude of the children is excellent, and children enjoy coming to the school to learn.

The desired Year 6 Teacher will be supported by an outstanding and passionate management team, and will work alongside some excellent practitioners, who put children at the heart of everything they do. This Year 6 Teacher must have experience of working within Key Stage Two (KS2) and be comfortable working in the Year 6 classroom.

To be considered for the position of Year 6 Teacher you must:

• Have experience teaching primary education at Key Stage Two (KS2), specifically in Year 6

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of Primary Teachers

• Have a passion for teaching with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons
