Applications are invited from passionate and dedicated teachers with KS1 experience to lead our highly motivated Year 1 team. The successful candidate will relish the opportunity to develop and shape Year 1 in a collaborative environment. What we are looking for

We are looking for someone who already has experience of middle leadership or is well prepared to take on their first middle leadership role and can lead our Year 1 team, ably engaging with colleagues, building relationships, and developing existing practice. They will ensure that throughout Year 1 there are consistent, well planned and resourced lessons delivered, which are tailored to the needs of both the individual child and specific groups of learners.
