Year Manager

Work-week:  Monday – Friday, 8.15am – 3.15pm, with 30 minutes un-paid lunch break

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Three Rivers Academy for a Year Manager. The post holder will contribute to students' learning activities by managing the day-to-day business of the Year Team and assisting with all aspects of the students' progress, including their personal and social development.  

The successful candidate will have a minimum of three GCSEs at Grade C or above, including Maths and English, or equivalent or able to evidence ability at an equivalent level, together with experience of working in a similar service environment. The ability to work with others to provide excellent customer service is essential, as are good written and oral communication skills, with the ability to build sound relationships with staff and customers. Competency in a range of IT skills is a must, together with the ability to plan and prioritise your own workload.
