St Paul’s Way Trust School is a highly successful Ofsted Outstanding ‘Through School’ and ‘National Teaching School’ where all of our students matter, where expectations of all the members within our community are high and where personal achievement and fulfilment are valued and sought after. To this end we are seeking to appoint an exceptional Year Team Leader to provide the highest level of academic provision enriched with an extensive programme of activities.  

Applications from teaching and non-teaching staff are welcomed. The year group can be negotiated based on the applicant’s strengths.  

The successful candidate will have an unwavering belief in the potential of every student, and a robust commitment to ensuring that every student in a year group succeeds. (S)he will be an outstanding school leader who would also be willing to contribute to the school’s extensive extra-curricular programme. We put a strong emphasis on tracking the progress of every child. Your ability to lead and manage intervention programmes to ensure that every child makes outstanding progress will be essential.
