Following a tradition of the peoples of the highlands of Guatemala: if a child has a worry, a problem or a hassle such as sadness or fear, he can share it with a Worry-Doll.
In the evening, before going to bed, he tells something that worries him to one or more dolls, then he places them under his pillow. While sleeping, popular legend says that dolls will take away worries and let the child sleep peacefully.
