About Cambridge International School - Dubai
Cambridge International School - Dubai is an international, private school located in Al Garhoud, Dubai. The school, which is co-educational, is managed by the GEMS Education group. It has over 2500 students from over 65 different nationalities.
The school educates pupils from Foundation Stage to Year 13, teaching the National Curriculum for England including a range of IGCSE, AS level, A level and BTEC qualifications.
Sports, arts and drama are all studied by pupils until end of KS3 and dance is an integral part of the primary curriculum. The school’s sporting amenities include a large covered swimming pool, cricket nets, playing fields and indoor sports arena.
Students at participate in a planned progression of outdoor experiences that take place in Fujairah, Oman and Mauratius and include rafting, mountain biking, camping, rock climbing and canoeing. These activities are designed to help students to develop universal values, leadership skills and greater self-confidence.
