"The majority of teaching is typically at least good and some is outstanding. Students appreciate the improvements in the quality of teaching and in the stability of teaching staff. For example, as one student remarked, amongst others, ‘Teachers used to be here just to teach. Now they inspire.’ In most lessons, the teaching generates students’ enthusiasm, so that students contribute well and, when invited to do so, support each other and make at least good progress".
