Westhill Institute - Santa Fe Campus is a co-educational independent all-through school for students aged 2-18. It is based in Zona Escolar Prados de la Mont in Mexico.
The Santa Fe Campus is a 21st century learning environment that includes a 25 metre, six lane heated swimming pool, indoor and outdoor basketball and volleyball courts, an indoor gymnasium, an outdoor seven-a-side soccer pitch, three science laboratories, an art room, and a modern computer lab. As an International Baccalaureate World School, students are afforded the opportunity broaden their understanding of the world through being offered the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme, Middle Years Programme, and Diploma Programme.
Values and vision
Westhill Institute wishes to inspire its students to become critical thinkers and lifelong learners by developing their ethical values and by transferring knowledge to them in an inclusive learning environment. The school’s vision is to inspire students to be contributing leaders in a rapidly changing, globalised world by their developing intercultural understanding. Students are expected to develop intercultural understanding through a transdisciplinary concept-based curriculum. Through a broad and balanced curriculum, students at the school are expected learn how to learn by developing transferable skills, attitudes, knowledge, and concepts. The school aims to cater for students from all academic levels, cultural backgrounds, and educational needs. It is intended that teaching and learning will be differentiated for individual learners’ needs.
