Job overview
We are looking to appoint an outstanding Business Manager to deliver and improve all business aspects of the Academy.
The Business Manager will take a strategic lead in maintaining the budget and finances of the Academy. You will be responsible for HR, IT, admissions, administration across the academy as well as the management and development of the Academy site and buildings.
Operating as a key member of the Senior Leadership team, this role is primarily responsible for supporting the Principal in ensuring the most effective use of resources to support the schools development plan.
The post would suit someone who can develop a deep understanding of the organisation’s needs and tailor their approach to each situation. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, an enthusiasm for achieving targets, an ability to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and leadership skills and a very good IT literacy.
