As a Business Teacher working within our Science and Technology Learning Village, you will be part of a highly successful and experienced team developing fresh ideas to embed students’ skills. You will be able to teach across Key Stage 4 and 5 delivering BTECs in this increasingly popular subject area. You will also have the opportunity to be part of the development of enrichment activities in business, enterprise and across the Academy.

Bedford Academy is a good school with outstanding leadership (Ofsted October 2015). We are on an exciting journey to be an outstanding school, with a rapidly increasing student roll and a dedicated, successful staff team. We moved to our brand new building in 2012 with superb ICT and teaching facilities. In June 2017 Bedford Academy formed HEART Academy Trust with 3 other local schools.
