Leigh Academies Trust have a fantastic opportunity and are seeking to appoint an Apprentice to join us in the role of Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to gain valuable experience within a successful organisation.  We are working with Apprenticeship Connect in the recruitment and delivery of the training provision for Apprenticeships across the Trust.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Scanning documents and saving to pupil files
  • Typing, updating databases
  • Signing in parents for events/Parents Evenings (May involve occasional late afternoon working)
  • Liaising with parents
  • Reception cover when required
  • Other general administrative duties will be included

Other Info:  Due to the location the successful candidate will have a UK Driving Licence or must live within the local area and be able to commute to Longfield (postcode DA3 7PH) with ease.  Suitable applicants will be contacted by Apprenticeship Connect and may be required to arrange a one-off appointment at their office for an initial interview and to verify documents.  This can be arranged to suit you.
