Two Assistant Headteachers required for September 2019

(one as Head of Sixth Form and one responsible for teaching & learning)

Salary Range: Leadership Scale Point 12 - 16

We are looking to appoint two full time Assistant Headteachers to work with our highly effective Senior Leadership Team. One will act as Head of Sixth Form and one will have oversight of teaching and learning. 

Maidstone Grammar School is a thriving and expanding school that values its traditions and ethos but yet aspires to further develop the opportunities students experience. We are looking for two people who are strategic thinkers and problem solvers, with demonstrable interpersonal, communicative and leadership skills, as well as proven track records in teaching to a high level in their specialism.
