Business Support Assistant - Receptionist

Term time only Pt 14-17   £11.61 ph based on 35hrs per week

for 39 weeks is £17,920.67 (gross)

Required for immediate start an experienced receptionist who is able to work with teachers, parents and students in a busy office environment. To provide efficient reception services to include:

Ø  Greeting all visitors and managing the signing in system

Ø  Answer calls promptly and politely and messages passed on

Ø  Managing the schools texting service

Ø  Franking outgoing post

Ø  Handling school deliveries

Ø  Selling school uniforms

You must be extremely presentable, with a professional attitude at all times.

Applications are invited from people with good interpersonal and computer skills who have experience of working in a very busy environment and can work independently under pressure and multi task effectively. Previous experience is not required as the school provides a comprehensive training programme.
