Job overview

We are looking to recruit a Caretaker/Skilled Trades Person to work across our four schools based in Nuneaton and Earl Shilton.  The successful candidate will be responsible for:

The effective provision of caretaking, portering, cleaning and site maintenance routines and responding to emergencies relating to the sites as required. Work under broad direction and laid down procedures.  To complete caretaking services to all buildings forming the school sites, ensuring a safe and secure environment. To support the Senior Premises Manager in delivering site cover, maintenance repairs and PPM to school sites

You will:

 Have the responsibility for undertaking maintenance repairs. This would include larger repairs within the skill bank of the person. Driving a mini bus, car or vehicle with trailer may be required at some schools. 

You Must be flexible and able to work at others school sites within the group as dictated by operational requirements. Ability to support other schools with maintenance, Open/lock up services and to respond to emergencies.
