Job title: Administrator (Cover and Co-Curricular)

Responsible to: Business Manager / Head of Co-curricular

Salary: S17 to S21 £21,803 - £24,517 FTE (Actual salary of £12,746 to £14,333) 

Start date: 2nd January 2023 or as soon as possible thereafter

Hours: 25 hours per week, 07.30 to 12.30 Monday to Friday. (There is some flexibility in the working pattern, to be agreed at interview) Term time (39 weeks) + 5 days 


Purpose of the role

Trinity Academy is a highly oversubscribed free school that opened in 2019. We are a values based community that focuses on the learning of all students and staff, that cares deeply for our young people and our staff and that is committed to co-curricular enrichment. Our stated goal is to be a +1 school for progress whilst fostering an excellent working environment. As such, we are looking for a highly motivated, professional to join us in our mission.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised Administrator to play a critical role in overseeing the administration of two valuable elements of our school life: arranging cover for teacher absence and our co-curricular programme. It is a new post. As such we are looking for someone who is self-motivated and relishes the opportunity to set up new systems.

This job is suitable for an administrator with calm efficiency, an eye for detail, keen to play a key role in the school achieving its mission of being a world class organisation. You will possess excellent ICT and literacy skills and be a team player who is willing to support others in our small but growing school community.
