You will provide a customer focused service for internal and external clients and develop systems to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of data collection for all aspects of a student’s time at the College. Working closely with the MIS Manager, Computer Systems Developers and Senior Managers you will develop a suite of core and ad hoc reports. You will also develop interactive ‘dashboards’ to present student and funding data.

You'll be joining a friendly, professional team where every member of staff is recognised as important to the success of our students 

You will have recent and relevant experience of report development and data analysis in a large and complex organisation, within the Further Education or similar sector. You will hold an IT related qualification at Level 3 or higher, including Relational databases and have knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and associated services. You will also have in depth knowledge of Microsoft Access and Excel and excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide effective customer service to staff at all levels within the college. You will be self-motivated with the ability to produce accurate work under pressure and to tight deadlines
