OVERVIEW OF THE JOB

  • The responsibility of this post will be to develop and maintain all academic data systems within the college, to provide accurate and clear reports for the senior management team with the College.
  • To lead the data team in the college supporting data protection, preparation of academic data, attendance data, examinations and timetables; also responsible for all course records held on the school and partner University systems; and is responsible for data submissions to the OfS, HESA, QAA, ISI and other statutory annual census reports.
  • To personally manage the capture, storage and processing of data and the production of associated reports, analyses and charts relating to student performance in support of the college's aim to raise academic results. The job holder’s role also specifically encompasses the maintenance of accurate attendance and academic data and providing data support to the college Senior Leadership Team.
