This is an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Head Teacher to join our team and make a positive impact in raising standards and the quality of experience for our children as we lead three schools in Northants.
We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, dynamic and enthusiastic Deputy Head Teacher to complement our existing team. Working with the Regional Director, you will be based in Wellingborough and responsible for the operational implementation of Trust agreed strategies and processes across LAT schools in the region.
The successful candidate will raise expectations and aspirations, promote the Trust’s pedagogy for highly effective learning and help achieve positive outcomes for children across Trust schools.
