Director of Education

Part time role flexible hours 3 or 4 days

Formed in August 2018 the Brunel Multi Academy Trust is a SEN and specialist provision organisation formed of Uplands School, Brimble Hill Primary School, Churchward School , All Aboard nursery and our ASC outreach service BASIS, all located in Swindon. Horizons College is also part of the family providing educational pathways and employment opportunities for our 19-25 year old learners. With an ethos of “no barriers only potential” we are now seeking a Director of Education to join the executive leadership team at a pivotal point in our development.

This is a key strategic role responsible, alongside the CEO, for ensuring everyone in our community achieves positive outcomes through a robust quality assurance of our standards in teaching and learning.

The successful candidate will be an effective school leader experienced in developing and driving educational standards within a SEN environment across primary secondary and FE SEN provisions. The role will be recruited on a part time basis and may suit an experienced head teacher or education consultant.
