James Calvert Spence College is a 9-19 through school, catering for students from Year 5 to Year 13. The Director of Primary will lead a team of primary specialists in years 5 and 6, work alongside five Secondary Directors, and hold a key senior leadership position within our school.

You will use your accrued knowledge and leadership skills to ensure that all students receive the very best education and experience a seamless transition between year groups and phases.

In order to ensure excellent outcomes in the future, you will spend regular, dedicated time working with our partnership primary and first schools, ensuring top quality continuity for our incoming students.

James Calvert Spence College welcomes students from Y5 through to sixth form.  We firmly believe in the potential of every single student and our aim is for all our students to leave us as well rounded, confident individuals with the self-belief to go out into the world and make the most of every opportunity.
