TEA has held British School Overseas status since 2012, subsequently undergoing the equivalent of an OFSTED inspection every 3 years. TEA is a good school with outstanding features. In partnership with Educational Success Partners, the school mentors newly qualified teachers through induction.

We are currently seeking qualified, dedicated and inspiring Early Years Practitioner both experienced teachers and ECTs welcome to apply.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Applicants must be fluent English speaking graduates who hold a UK Department for Education teacher reference number or equivalent non-UK qualifications
  •  A first degree (three or four years) based in education , directly related to the position being applied for and accompanied by the full transcript.
  • Alternatively, an English/English Literature degree with transcript, preferably with a PGCE and accompanied by the degree transcript
  • A leadership role will be considered also

The English Academy is an all-through school, catering for students from KG to pre-university level, whose motto is Sapientia, Scientia, Diligentia – Wisdom, Knowledge, Diligence.  It is an accredited British Schools Overseas school & is a member of the Association of British Schools Overseas.  The school’s vision is to be recognised as an outstanding school.  The school is also a member of British Schools in the Middle East [BSME] & has competed in a number of events including Poetry Recital & Mathletics, which it won.
