Hours of work: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. Working hours 8am – 4pm daily but with flexibility when required.
An opportunity has arisen for a driven, reliable and proactive facilities manager to join our Site Team.
You will require excellent communication skills in addition to practical knowledge and experience. The main purpose of the role will be to provide efficient services and processes that allow the whole school to operate safely and securely and ensure a healthy environment. Key tasks include managing a team of caretakers whilst taking responsibility for the school site including health and safety. Experience of working in a similar environment is essential.
The post is available, if required, with a three bedroomed property on site for the successful applicant to reside in, at a reduced occupancy fee.

Chesham Grammar School is a successful and highly sought after co-educational grammar school with 1,272 students on roll (396 in the Sixth Form).
