Your induction training will be held in either Burgess Hill or St Leonards on Sea. Thereafter, you will be working remotely.

Due to internal progression we are very excited to advertise a fantastic opportunity for a Finance Assistant to join the Finance Hub Team at The University of Brighton Academies Trust. This role gives you an opportunity to join a thriving, cohesive team within the fifth largest Academy Trust in the South East and South London region. 

​​​​​​​Managed by a Senior Finance Officer, you will be processing transactions for all of the Academies within the Trust.

The successful applicant will:

  • Understand the importance of accounting rules and regulations.
  • Use accuracy and efficiency in all processes.
  • Be able to handle a high volume workload.
  • Have good customer services skills.
  • Be able to integrate into a friendly and efficient team.
  • Show their strengths as a team player.
  • Be pro-active, organised and able to prioritise responsibilities.
  • Have the opportunity to develop into a more senior role.
