Appointment of Multiple Founding Heads, Innovation Leadership Academies

AISL, the holding company of Harrow International Schools, the Innovation Leadership Academies and Little Lions Childhood Development Centres, is now launching an exciting new venture with the establishment of multiple Innovation Leadership Academies (ILAs) across China. These new schools will serve Chinese students, blending Chinese and Western curricular and culture to set a new standard in international, bilingual and bicultural education. There are several ILAs under development and the Founding Heads will play a crucial role in establishing a new educational brand, with the support, resource and expertise of a leading family of schools. 

AISL seeks ambitious, entrepreneurial leaders with a passion for education and the drive to establish the new ILAs as leaders in a changing educational environment. Candidates should have a track record of successful senior leadership experience developed in high performing international schools or in the UK. High levels of cultural sensitivity and flexibility are essential as is the capacity to translate the Harrow vision effectively into these new settings.
