GRADUATE ASSISTANT TEACHER (MATHS) - LEADING TO QUALIFIED TEACHER STATUS VIA A TEACHING APPRENTICESHIP

Start date – September 2022

33.3 hours per week, 39 working weeks per year (term time + training days)

Bucks Pay Range 3 annual part time salary £17,622 to £19,062

(equivalent to £23,152 to £25,042 for full time)

We are seeking to appoint an energetic, enthusiastic and inspirational Graduate Assistant Teacher for our Maths Department with a strong commitment to working with students in an educational setting. As an Assistant Teacher you will work under the guidance of the SENDCO and subject teacher’s to support the teaching and the learning of all children and young people. As a member of our team, you will be passionate about contributing your skills to ensure all our children and young people receive the best possible education. This Graduate Assistant Teacher role gives the opportunity to gain qualified teacher status via the teacher apprentice route and it is envisaged that the successful candidate will start their maths teaching apprenticeship once they have gained suitable experience in this role.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Assistant Teacher to join our dedicated Maths team with the progression to gain Qualified Teacher Status via a teaching apprenticeship. Insignis Academy Trust will cover the cost of all fees in connection with the apprenticeship and you will paid a salary whilst you train. 

We have no age in mind but we do need a Maths graduate.
