 The Role

We are looking for graduates who are interested in a career in teaching. By working in a school you will gain experience and have the option of working towards Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) during the second year. Graduates at WHTC receive a comprehensive, structured training programme, delivered by highly trained mentors and bespoke to the individual trainee's needs. Our mentors are all outstanding practitioners who have a track record of developing trainees into outstanding teachers. They are highly skilled in observing lessons, delivering feedback and supporting trainees holistically so that new teachers are able to flourish in the classroom.
