Graduate Teaching Scholar

We are currently looking to appoint graduates to our ‘Teaching Scholar programme’.  This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded and oversubscribed academy.  The training programme focuses on developing innovative practice and supporting learners across a range of ages.  We are looking for confident and passionate individuals who can lead pupils with enthusiasm and care.  In return, you will join a highly committed team of staff who will support you through your PGDE and into employment as a teacher.

This is a salaried position which includes professional coaching and funded access to our ‘Teaching Scholarship Programme’.  Over the past 3 years our Scholars have enjoyed 100% success rate into profession, 90% of whom graduated with outstanding.
