(37 hours per week/52 weeks per year)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and experienced Handyperson/General Trades to join the Estates team within the College Facilities Department
The successful candidate will have a positive outlook and a passion for delivering a high standard of work across multiple estate maintenance disciplines
The successful candidate will be required to work as part of a team not only within the Facilities department but also the wider College group and at times on their own using their own initiative
Possession of a construction trade qualification at Level 3 is essential as is experience in a similar job role or construction industry.
