As part of an innovative change to how we are organising our Curriculum Leadership by introducing a Faculty/Matrix structure, we have a variety of exciting new leadership vacancies available.
In this exciting and demanding role you will be instrumental in implementing the strategic direction of the Faculty whilst managing the day to day operation of the Business Academy. This is a large diverse Academy with study programme, professional part time, apprenticeship and HE provision. Your aim will be, whilst working with, and receiving the support of, the other members of the faculty leadership team, to ensure that the Business Academy delivers both financial targets and outstanding and innovative provision. You will report directly to the Assistant Principal Business and Enterprise.
This new leadership role will provide a career pathway to progression within our Faculties whilst including teaching responsibilities that ensure as practitioners you are at the cutting edge of delivery.
Degree level qualified with a recognised teaching qualification, you will have successful leadership and management experience in education and a vocational background in any one or more of our areas of curriculum.
