Head of School

The Governors, staff, children and parents are seeking to appoint an inspirational Head of School. We are seeking a person who can lead our new Academy into the next phase of development following our recent conversion in partnership with Bengeworth Multi Academy Trust.

We are seeking a leader who is:

• passionate about teaching and learning;
• able to balance a senior leadership role with a teaching commitment;
• committed to continuing and further developing our pupil voice and pupil achievement;
• experienced in a leadership role in the primary phase;
• able to successfully lead and develop a newly established teaching team;
• keen to embrace new opportunities and work in partnership with others;
• ready to build on and enhance the school's reputation as an excellent, newly established Academy;
• motivated by the possibilities of growing pupil numbers and improving outcomes for all
