This role offers a fantastic career opportunity for the successful candidate to lead in shaping the strategic vision and direction not only for Forest Academy, but for the Trust as a whole.  The role will enable the post holder to collaborate with other members of the Trust Senior Leadership Team, to participate in and, on occasion lead initiatives focussed on supporting school development in other schools and trusts as part of the Inspire Partnership ethos of supporting excellent education for all.
